After initial call a time was arranged to call at the clients house for inspection and pricing for the job. Pricing can vary from job to job as floor are made up from different tiles which will have different problems that need to be addressed.
This floor in question is a travertine stone floor that had been down for 8 years and had started to show its age It was agreed that the floor should be deep cleaned and restored to a new condition.
After the professional deep cleaning process we then started the restoration process which involves and diamond grinding and diamond polishing system. After cleaning we then had to fill all the holes in the floor which is inherent for this type of flooring fix the cracks in the floor also. Once the holes had been filled and the crack repair work finished we then re-honed the floor area. this will take out all of the scratching and reveal anew surface that will be ready for diamond polishing. Diamond polishing and honing is a multi stage process which requires time, skill and proper diamond abrasives to produce a quality long lasting shine that will last many years.
After we have completed the all the repair work and diamond honing and polishing we then seal the floor with the appropriate sealer the sealer that is used will depend on the floor type the photo speak for then selves and another happy client that is left with a floor that they can enjoy for many years to come.
